SPECIAL MESH CLOTHES - TESSUTO REPS - TOURAILLE
FABRIC "REPS" - The crossing of wires (the diameter of weft wire is bigger than the diameter of the warp wire) follows the scheme of "united tissue", but the weft wires are matched with each other. In this way the transition is only transversely, through the gaps existing at the intersections.

"TOURAILLE" FABRIC - Crossing wires always follows the “united tissue” scheme but the crossing of wires is done according to the "crossed system". In this case, with respect to the "Reps fabric", it is possible to use a higher number of wires with the same diameter and this allows to get a higher density. "Touraille" and "Reps" fabrics are widely used in those filters subjected to very high pressure.

"CROSSED" FABRIC - The warp and weft wires are alternately woven two down and two above. In this weave wires tend to form different angles of 90 ° due to unmatched tensions. It is generally employed for fine fabricsbeyond No. 220, or when wire of grater diameter in comparison to the mesh gaps are needed you need. In these cases the wire is subjected to a lower yield due to a greater radius of curvature.
